Alhaji Lawal Kankia Ibrahim, Wazirin Kankia, is an astute development banker, a strategic transformation manager and experienced board room expert. His working career spans the Nigerian Bank for Commerce and Industry and New Nigeria Development Bank Limited, Kaduna, where he rose through the ranks to become the Acting Group Managing Director. Alhaji Ibrahim also served as Chairman of Kaduna Branch of the Institute of Directors. He has served as a Director in over 15 companies spread across Nigeria and in different sectors of the economy and currently serves on the board of Nigerian largest lender, First Bank of Nigeria Limited, a board he joined in December 2010. He brings this immense experience to bear on Algorism’s board as the Chairman.
He has professional certificates in Investment Banking, Managing and Measuring Organisational Culture, and Leading with Impact from the African Development Bank, Witwatersrand University, South Africa and Harvard Business School respectively. Alhaji Ibrahim served as a member of Vision 20:20 Technical Working Group SMEs Thematic Area and is presently on the Board of Borini Prono Nigeria Limited. He is a strong advocate of family values and loves reading, writing and philanthropy. He is author of the book “The Investment Decision”, holds the traditional title of Dallatun Kankiya and is happily married with five children. He is Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Management Consultants, Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administrators and Institute of Directors.

Rasheed Adegoke is a technology/process strategist, technology innovator and business executive with hands-on expertise in the design and delivery of high-performance information technology and business process improvement solutions to address complex business problems.
His core competencies are in Information Technology, Process Improvement, Systems Integration, Innovation Management, Digital Business Strategy and Solutions Design, Business & Technology Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Project & Change Management, and Organizational Restructuring. He has over twenty five years experience working with successful businesses especially in Management Consulting, Software Development, Financial Services, and Oil and Gas industries. He was Chief Information Officer for leading banks in Nigeria for the last sixteen years of his over 25 years career, successfully leading major IT and Business transformation projects in those roles. His last two positions before joining Algorism as Founder/CEO were at United Bank for Africa Plc where he was the Director, Group Information Technology between August 2013 and August 2015 and First Bank of Nigeria Limited where he was Chief Information Officer from February 2009 to July 2013.
Rasheed is a respected industry expert who has also served on a Presidential committee on National Broadband Strategy and the TechLaunchPad initiative of the Federal Ministry of Communication Technology. He is a First-Class graduate of Computer Science from the University of Ibadan and holds an Executive MBA from the Lagos Business School. He is Professional Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society and British Computer Society. He is also Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Member of Nigerian Institute of Management.

Prof David-West is a senior fellow in the Operations, Information Systems and Marketing Division of Lagos Business School (LBS). She is a member of the LBS Management Board and Academic Director at the School and the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC).
With a career in information systems spanning nearly three decades; engaged in various roles in systems/technology consulting, systems development and integration and electronic banking management. Currently, Prof David- West's research and practice engagements focus on the managerial IS practices, IS policy administration as well as systems adoption and utility, most recently sustainable and inclusive digital financial services (DFS).

Mrs. Zainab Abdulrasheed-Adegoke is an entrepreneur with interests in catering, events planning and retail distribution. She is the CEO, SavvyZee Limited – a retail distribution and services company.
She was the Managing Director/CEO at Bloomsplace, a retail communications and business services (Internet Services and Virtual Office) company. Mrs. Abdulrasheed-Adegoke also served as a non-executive director and chairman of the Board Strategy committee of Legend Microfinance Bank, Osun State for 8 years until her retirement in 2019. She is the current General secretary of NNEW Multipurpose Cooperative Society, and the Assistant Secretary of the St Teresa’s College Alumni Lagos Chapter.

Mr. Abayomi Oni joined Algorism as an Executive Director in January 2019 to contribute to the growth of our enterprise business. He was CIO/Group Head Information Technology at Unity Bank Plc.
He is an experienced Information Technology leader with over 17 years of experience across the banking & financial services industry. His last seven years within the banking industry were in senior management roles in leading brands including First City Monument Bank.
